Start up

Jeremy Odell
What is the best way to start a blank project?  I have been stripping out the example-book project for new ones.  However I would like to know if there is a better way to start from scratch?

Thanks,
Jeremy

That's the best way right now.

Eventually there will be a https://github.com/pledbrook/lazybones
template. Well, there is one now but it may not be up to date with the
latest API changes.

Thanks Luke.

I got lazybones this morning and noticed the template went to 0.3.  I will look at trying to create a template for 0.9 if I can figure that out.

I updated the template about a month ago when the package name and artefact co-ordinates changed https://github.com/pledbrook/lazybones/commit/001ad3ff054c99c1a0076e237123ef47b4ed28c4#diff-e21ad1fcea10b7cee754e3cef51a2bb6

I'm not sure that 0.3 version relates in any way to the Ratpack version.

The template version is currently 0.3.1 and I should have bumped it to 0.3.2 or something when I made my changes.

Ok I've bumped the version numbers too. Peter needs to publish the new templates though because it doesn't happen automatically as part of CI.

While you're waiting you could clone the templates and publish them to your own repo.
